We retain Candidate and Employer data as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes (typically 3-7 years for invoices and financial records, as required under the Companies Act and GST law). You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 6.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, row-level security on our database, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
